Hake in an aromatic crust

Ingredients:

FOR MARINADE:

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped rosemary
  • salt and pepper
  • 800 g of hake fillet
  • 3 tablespoons of grated grana padano
  • 3 žlice naribanog sira grana padano
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
  • 1 tabelspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tabelspoon os chopped basil
  • 1 lemon

Press the garlic and let it rest for 5 minutes. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and the hake fillets in a plastic bag with a seal. Marinate for 30 minutes. Add grated cheese, chopped parsley, basil and garlic granules to the panko crumbs and mix well. Pour olive oil over them and mix well again. Put the marinated hake in the prepared mixture and cover it well with crumbs. Fry the prepared fillets in a well-heated grill pan on both sides until a nice golden color. Serve with slices of lemon and a side dish of your choice.
