Lobster with spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • 0,5 kg lobster
  • 1 onion
  • little bit of white wine
  • little bit of parsley
  • 400 g pureed tomato
  • tea spoon of olive oil

Before you start preparing the lobster, you must cut it into smaller pieces. This will make it easier for you to maneuver this delicious food. Put the stewed onion on the heated olive oil and sauté it for a few minutes, after which add the lobster in pieces. After about 10 minutes, add pureed tomato, white wine and parsley. Add salt as needed and continue stewing. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti and when the lobster is ready, serve it on a plate together with the spaghetti.
